joining vtr

Have been donated a 1976 TR6 with 31,000 Miles but needs minor restoration
therefore joining VTR sounds like the best move.  

I have questions about smog etc here in So. Cal. and no doubt many others to
follow.  Is there a newsgroup to sign up with that can help with my numerous
Q & A's on AOL or the Net?
