You indicate that you want to do the test day on Friday on your
form. That does not require the normal registration and tech that you
need for the race weekend.
We will start teching cars even before registration opens and it
usually opens before 3 - but you can run on Friday and get teched,
assuming you bring a tech form which will be available later on, with you
