[Vintage-race] In Car Video

Recently I have seen a number of cars at vintage races with in car video 
recording systems using remote "lipstick" or "bullet" cameras. 

Has anyone had particularly good (or bad) results with the playback 
quality of any of these systems?  Any system that you would recommend?
