Sorry for the blatant promotion but I thought some of you may be interested.

I am selling off the last of some VHS copies of a couple of 16MM films I
bought of racing at Malboro and Cumberland.. I am selling them for $15.00 plus
shipping. Check out ebay listing:

Item number: 180198832310

I bought the following 16MM videos that were listed on eBay and had them
copied onto VHS tape. I also added some bonus footage taken at Austin Raceway
Park that I received from the family of the original owner of my TR4A vintage
racecar. I have a dozen copies left to sell. I will ship them to USA
destinations using Priority Mail with a shipping cost of $5.00 each. Here is
the original listing for the films that are copied onto this tape:

Very interesting and collectible vintage 1960s black and white 16mm film
documenting a Sports Car Club of America racing event. Approximately 300 feet
of Kodak film or about 10-11 minutes worth of action on a steel 7 inch reel. I
have two of these up for auction and one of the film canisters has "Race At
Cumberland" written on it. I believe this may very well be the Cumberland,
Maryland track since the SCCA race official has "SCCA Official Wash D.C.
Region" on the back of his shirt. I did not go through the entire film, but
all of the footage I looked at was racing action. As can be seen in my images,
you can easily identify some Austin Healey Sprite and MG cars.

This is an original and possibly rare film and not a copy. The condition is
excellent. No physical defects that I can determine.

Please excuse the quality of these photographs. I don't have a 16mm film
projector, so I took these photos using a magnifying glass and some
back-lighting. The strange visual effects in these images are due to the use
of the magnifying glass and are not inherent in the film. There is no green
tint to the film either.

This might be a nice film to show at one of your club events, for race
photograph collectors, or for transfer to video tape for re-sale. Please check
out my other film auction
