seeking an 8gal fuel cell?

about 4 or 5 years ago i purchased an 8 gal. vynal / plastic(not positive
of the actual material but it looked like that type of material?) fuel
cell.   it was an approved cell and brand new.   i'm interested in locating
the manufacturer so i can construct a new fuel cell & container for a
future project.  
it was not from fuel safe nor ATL.    any sugestions?    
i do remember the mfgr. was advertised in the SCCA magazine back
then....but fer the life of me i can not recall who it was!
