I fully support the move away from ethylene glycol for the reasons
stated.... but is there an "approved" anti-corrosion additive that is
allowed? One that actually does slow down the corrosion in the system?

I know that when I run straight water in my Mini Cooper for more than
about 48 hours I get nice orange water back out.... some of it is
probably 40 years of old corrosion going back into solution.. but I don't
like to make it any worse.

Stating the requirement up front in the event rules makes it the same as
any other safety reg... if someone can't meet the safety regs they
shouldn't be allowed to play.

Just my .02
