"how to get started in vintage racing"

I'm pretty sure I once saw a publication by this name, likely a pamphlet or
brochure that was being distributed by one of the vintage clubs. But for the
life of me I can't remember where I saw it and I can't find it in my pile of
papers. Does anybody know if such a pamphlet still exists (I may have the
name wrong) and if it is available on the internet somewhere? We are trying
to start a local club here and it would be nice to have something like this
to pass around.
