My belts are 1997. I asked at the last tech with HMSA about them.
He suggested I replace them for next year.
SCCA spec is 5 years, I believe, and there was just an article
in SPORTSCAR suggesting 2 years as a new spec.....
Personally, I'm not overly concerned, as my belts are only
in the sun for a few weekends the car gets raced, and they
have not been *stressed*, and they are not subjected to
abnormal wear due to installation issues.
