I have been involved in motorsports for close to 50 years and have worn
both. I would never even consider an open face for events on a track or with
other cars. I have seen the results of being hit in the face with hot
exhaust parts from other cars at 100MPH. I have examined many crash sites
and examined many helmets afterwards. No way! Wayne Mitchell, Chief
