Hey Jack,
Add my response to the "positive" column ... your idea of using weight to
compensate for lack of seat, headlights, charging system, etc sounds like a
very fair and practical way to handle this. Seems to me that every
organization grapples with the question of how to handle cars that aren't
quite right, without necessarily booting people out. I think you've found a
good way to deal with it. Good job!
