I use Red Line with the Quaife LS MGA diff that I run in my Lotus 6. I
have not had a problem with it and all seems to work OK. The regular Red
Line 75W90 Gear Oil has the limited slip additive and they also produce
a 75W90 Non-slip Oil for regular diffs. You just don't want to use the
oil with the slip additive in your trani since the synchros will not be
as effective. I am not pushing Red Line, nor do I own any of their
stock. I have just had good luck with their products.

Subject: diff lube question

I have a very specific question regarding experience that others may
have
had with diff lube.

I run a Quaiffe, which is a Torsen type limited slip. I am considering
changing my diff lube from a synthetic of another brand to Red Line. Has

anyone else with a Quaiffe run Red Line? If so, have you noticed any
deterioration in performance (not that it's anything to brag about
anyway)?

Thanks in advance
