New Hampshire International Speedway and Lime Rock Park

I will have the opportunity to race at NHIS & LRP.  

Does any one have any info on how to drive these tracks?   Notes, stories,
video?  It is nice to know which turns are lefts and which are rights before
you get there.

I just recorded the Speedvision races at LRP so I have that.
