the original performance constraints of the car ."
For most of these cars there were no performance constraints especially
when it came to track performance. They were not designed for the
track. They were designed for street use. I remember racing my TR
Spitfire in competition without any modification of the rear
suspension. Can you imagine the stability of that car in high-speed
cornering?
