Charles - I set up a timing system for a hill climb a couple of years
ago.  Multiple lap times seem to be pretty easy to do.  Don't know about
organizing groups of cars.  You will probably get lots of good dope from
the list and my stuff is buried.  I dealt with one supplier in Palo Alto
so if you need more info let me know.
