I'm planning on putting in a cut off switch in an autocross only
Spitfire that I'm bringing back to life. I figured a short writeup of how
to do it properly would be a good thing for the issue of the Intermountain
Vintage Racing newsletter I am currently working on getting out the door.
Does anyone happen to have a nice graphic of a sample wiring diagram I could
stick into the newsletter? And no, I don't mean one that just switches one
side of the battery, I'm referring to an installation that shunts the current
from the still spinning alternator or generator to ground.
