Just cut it out of 1/16 Lexan. Mock it up in a cheaper material or
cardboard to get the right shape - like a large boomerang - then cut out
the Lexan using strong scissors [and strong fingers] or a knife blade in
a jigsaw. Very easy - even I can do it!
