Tip Franklin

Does anyone know where Tip Franklin is now? Last seen by me at SVRA race
in 1988 driving green sports racer - I have picture of both.

Tip - full name Col Robert B Franklin - was a military man at one time
stationed in Germany where he also raced. Also posted to Fort Knox. Also
lived in Atlanta area.

Had German race license in 1968, SCCA license from 1972, SCCA instructor
at Mid Ohio and at Summit Point. Believed to have been National Solo II
A/P champion in 1977.

Any leads appreciated.
