Mike, I am the culprit. Thanks to a large hard drive an my being rather lax
about cleaning out sent e mail I found it. It is rather long and I have
saved it as a Word file. If you can't read that, I'll convert it to text for
you. Just zap me back and let me know your preferred format. Also, if
anybody else would like it e mail me and I'll send it to you individually
rather that clutter up the list with it for many people who have no
interest.
