Veering back to the thread (!) there was an agricultural Crosley, the "Farm
Or Road" which was a jeep-looking vehicle with dual rear wheels and various
ag attachments. "Mechanix Illustrated" did a test on it by road tester Tom
McCahill.
Among the "show & tell" items in my shop is one of the Crosley "Cobra"
motors . . . the one which was built of copper-brazed sheet steel and
then galvanized! It's a marvel . . weighs nothing!
