1998 SVRA Supplemental Regulations and Class List
Competition Group Six
(updated 4/7/98)
Big bore production sports cars and sedans through 1972.
1. The following classes are subject to revision from time to time. Cars may
be added or deleted based on specific circumstances. The primary intent is to
provide fair and equitable classes for similar cars.
2. All new entries for group 6 must have documented racing history prior to
12/31/72. There are specific forms and documents that must be completed and
approved before a car will be accepted for this group.
3. Supplemental Regulations concerning specific years, makes and models, are
available on request, and these must be complied with.

NOTE:
1. The fact that a particular car is not listed, does not preclude it’s
acceptance if it meets all of the standards for inclusion within this group.
2. Listed cars may be excluded if they do not meet the spirit or letter of
the recognized standards for preparation and specification.
3. All competitors within this group are assumed to be familiar with all SVRA
and period rules that may apply to their car. Ignorance of these rules is no
protection from disqualification or exclusion.
4. * The "Historic" classes are restricted from using certain non-period
devices in order to keep them historically more authentic. Refer to the
appropriate SVRA Supplemental Regulations for exact specifications.
