You are looking for Sportscar Quarterly Volume One, Spring Edition.  This
magazine turned into Sports Car Graphic a little later. Good issue. I have one
copy, but you might try Del Fisher (817-453-8735) in Arlington, Texas. He
sells used car mags of all types (usually at swap meets). I have bought a ton
of stuff from him...nice guy but he doesn't always return his calls. Try in
the evening - he does this part time. Expect to pay about $10-$15 for one like
this. Tell him I said Hi!
