At one time, I don't know if still true, I think it was Alabama would register
any car, sight unseen, no paperwork necessary.  At our GoF  That's Gathering
of the Faithfull- a yearly get-to-gether of MG 'T' series owners and cars, one
of our fellows showed up with a rare varient MG restored to the nines with
Alabama license plates.  We all knew that he lived in Arizona.  He said that
the car had a very cloudly title and Alabama would title it no questions
asked.  I've heard that that has changed some.
