Hi,
Talked to the previous owner, this Abarth Record Monza was purchased at
a Private auction held at a Speed shop in Costa Mesa, California in
1967. Only a small group of people knew of this private auction. Also
sold was a Maserati Birdcage with Chevy V-8 to the owner of the speed
shop. The owner of the speed shop has last name of Thompson. He said it
was spectacular to see the car hauler off loading the race cars for
sale. Does this jolt anyones memory? Abarth was white with blue racing
stripes down center. Still searching for info and waiting on phone
numbers from email responders on Abarth or Cunningham experts.
