Ron,
I phoned the major SKF store in Auckland this morning
and got the following information on Part # 360801
The part ceased to be listed in their stock lists in 1982,
so I guess it's an oldie.
The dimensions are: 41mm x 68mm x 19.4mm (ID x OD x width)
They did not know it's application.
BUT....
They reckon that Part # 63008 (which is a common D Group
ball-bearing... used in GM Holdens, and the like) could be
made to fit by boring out the centre and, if it is critical,
grinding some meat off the faces of the bearing.
I guess this can be done? (I'm no engineer.)
It is 40mm x 68mm x 21mm
Price: About NZ$30 (US$18)
Hope this helps.
Mark
