Let me see... you've got a horse, race cars, a wife and a Mom to take
care of???? I'd say you have bigger issues to address than the conflict
between racing and horse shows!!!
Seriously, we all have trouble understanding ourselves some of the time
- much less trying to understand our spouses. Fortunately (for me) my
spouse is even a bigger race fan than I am! We met at the race track
(after she black-flagged me), developed a strong relationship (after she
flashed me from the starter's stand at the IMSA Palm Beach Grand Prix -
almost put it into the wall on THAT one!), married and became teammates
both on the track (No Bozos Racing) and off (no team name for that). We
are each other's biggest fans. So I am one lucky guy on that score.
It's a real pity she's a U of F 'Gator though ...
