I have accepted the role of mouthpiece I guess. I won't get to involved in
politics or personalities, but will certainly defend our position when it
gets misrepresented.

Our top management is aware of your postings, and we are all working toward
solving the various problems. The best way to comment is on this net, I
think. We all can't answer every letter or e-mail directly.
