A friend of mine is attempting to locate a LaBoa sports racer. This
car was built by Al Baurle, in the Chicago area from approximately
1963 to 1965. It ran in the under 1000cc sports racer class, ie., G,H,
     or possibly F Modified.

Original cars were made for Dick Jacobs, Norm Coglin, Dave Morrell,
Bud Bossert as well as the two Causey specials. It is rumored that one
of the Causey cars is owned by someone who works for Firestone out of
     the Akron area.

These cars were fiberglassed bodied, predomanently round tube framed
cars. They can be identified by the "CE" (Competition Engineering)
     cast aluminum pedals and uprights.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of any of these cars, please contact
     me.
