I was in Knoxville, TN this weekend for a conference and was driving
around when I saw a Zink C4 sitting in a foreing car shop's lot. Wheeled
in to talk.
Turns out the shop is run by Jim Keck, who worked for Ed Zink from 64 to
70 or so before going off on his own. We talked about some of the Zink
cars (incl. the 3-4 sports racers he built that I want to track down -
he was working there when I came there to drop a 1300 Alfa into one of
them).
ANyway Jim has this C4 he's owned for about 30 years that he wants to
sell. Give him a 'holler' if you are interested. You can get some Zink
history to go with it!
