I think you want to be real careful if you DO find some magnesium wheels
that old.  Have them X-rayed.  Although they weren't Minilites, a friend
came up with some old magnesium wheels when he bought a vintage Alfa.
He had them X-rayed and found them full of voids.  What's the point of
being THAT original if it's unsafe?

I have heard Minilites are being made in England again.  You might be
able to buy new ones that are exactly the same.  The British car buffs
should be able to provide a pointer.  Good hunting.
