Thanks to all who sent in info on my gearbox problems. An autopsy revealed a cracked tailshaft, two bad synchros and a bad cage. Any good leads on where to buy parts for a Ford three-rail box (Lotus Elan/Cortina) with the semi-close ratio (Elan) gears? Harold Pace Mallock U2 |
