Fuel cells

The fellow who helps me with my race car said to pull the
fuel cell (in a Vee), take it out of the canister (a project
from blazes) and put some crumpled newspapers in it to
absorb any moisture.

I'm in Wisconsin, where there is an abundance of both winter
and moisture, so that may make a difference.
