Information is being sought about Tom Killeen builder and previous
owner of the Killeen Special by the current owner.
Killeen was designer builder of 500 cc motor cars. He was an RAF
engineer involved in repair of Spitfires. The car was sponsored by a
model car maker (name unknown) and built in England in the 1940s. The
car was sold at a Sothebys auction at Hendon air force base in the UK
to Heytesbury Group.
