Formula Vees

Hi everyone!!

  I recently came into possesion of a pair of 1960 something
Autodynamics Formula Vees (with lots and lots of parts).  My intentions
are to race them in either (or both) regular competition and vintage events.
Could anybody tell me the pros and cons of each organization and how 
stringent their rules are pertaining to Formula Vees.  Also I'm looking 
for any and all sources of parts, accessories and information (books, tips...)
for Vees.
