Steering Rack mounting;

Well this is very interesting I seem to have gotten mixed opinions on where
the rack should be mounted.
I like John's suggestion of using the front holes and then the rear ones for
my oil coooler.
Skip says it should be the rear holes. Where were they from the factory?

Rick How did your hill climb times compare to some of the other cars besides
the Opel?
