Parting out 1974 TVR 2500M, car is a running car at this moment but
people seem to be to scared to do the fiberglass on the car that is
needed and I've got TOO much money in the car parts wise to give the car
away, Mechanically the car is GREAT! So that means the following will be
for sale.
Engine, under 1000 miles since total balance,bore,port etc. to the
engine, has Isky cam, triple Weber Set-up, Aluminum flywheel etc.
Estimated power is 160-170 hp. (Had many tech tips from Joe Huffaker at
Huffaker racing) Also rebuilt gearbox (non-O.D) Will sell the pair for
$3500
Custom Radiator, used a Triumph TR7 w/5sp and a/c shroud and had a
radiator custom made around it, has new Lucas fan motors. You do need to
cut off Spare tire mount to install on car. Never have an overheating
problem again! Sell for $450
Never installed in car, Quaife Limited slip with NEW Stanpart 3.4:1
ring and pinion, all new bearings, seals, mounts,AN hardware etc. The
case was powdercoated and the rest was Cad plated, All it needs it some
shims and set-up to be run. $1250
Rolling chassis, currently registered, Brakes all sorted out, AN
brake lines thru-out, Rebuilt brake master, calipers, New Booster,
rotors,wheel cylinders,aluminum finned brake drums. All suspension
powdercoated and new bushings installed. Bonnet is stressed cracked,
could use replacing, the rest of the body is decent with minor stress
cracks. Wabasco sunroof has been damaged by a hail storm and the
interior NEEDS new headliner, carpets, seats reupolstered etc. Dash and
door panels in decent shape and all the instrumentation and switches
work. Footnote; No rust on the chassis Sell $2500
Installed but new inner fenderwells, modified to be used on LHD car
as they are for RHD car. $350 pair
Other parts for sale, 2-used stock TVR radiators $100 each, Stock
Stromberg set-up with manifold and Air Cleaner assembly $250
Seat foam kit, brand new, never taken out of plastic. Also both seat
diaphrams. Everything $200
Transmission Core, needs at least shift forks, the gears and the rest
look to be in good condition $200
