| John,
Link below identifies differences between front suspension for drums and discs.
Looks like a pretty straight forward conversion, as the suspension is generally
the same and everything is "bolt on".

Subject: [TR] TR2 front brake conversion
Listers,
Am considering converting my 1955 TR2 to front disc brakes. Have read in
forums what some folks have done. I could not see a one best way. Does anyone
have a â??cookbook recipeâ?? of the parts needed, procedures, etc. for a
reliable conversion? I know this is asking a lot and any suggestions are
appreciated.
John DeLuca
