Dave, You should ask Moss and BPNW your question but I believe it will =
not. The answer might be yes if you can confirm an early TR4 rack is the =
same PN as a late TR4 and a TR4A. I do recall hearing of failure of the =
close ratio racks as they were not =E2=80=9Cpinned=E2=80=9D and the tube =
would loosen. I also seem to recall if the racks were made in Argentina =
that those were the ones which failed. You might try Googling TR4 =
Steering rack failures too.

British Parts Northwest sells a close ratio (2.5 turns lock to lock) =
steering rack for the TR4a =E2=80=93 TR6

=20

Moss Motors sells a close ratio (2.5 turns lock to lock) steering rack =
for the TR4 =E2=80=93 TR6

=20

I=E2=80=99m not sure that they are different. I tend to buy from BPNW =
if I can.

=20

Has anyone installed either product on a TR4? Mine is CT9683; =
I=E2=80=99m wondering if it will fit. FYI it is very TR3 in so many =
ways; I refer to it as a TR3 with roll up windows
