Hello All,

I am mounting my new 15" x 5" Dayton wires on my 1959 TR3A. While I do favo=
r Michelin tires in the 165-15 size we are leaning toward whitewalls. It lo=
oks like only Coker Classics or Coker BF Goodrich whitewalls are available =
in the 165-15 size. Has anyone had any experience with either one or have a=
ny suggestions for different manufacturers that offer whitewall tires?

The Coker salesman said the Coker's were only warranted for 28,000 miles, t=
he BFG's for 40,000 but the Michelin's for 70,000+. It will be many years b=
efore we accumulate 20,000+ miles on our TR3 so I am not too concerned over=
tread life but would like a radial that rides well, corners well, is safe,=
and has some rain performance in the event we are caught in weather somewh=
ere.

Any experiences with these tires and suggestions will be truly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Randall Reihing
1959 TR3A
