Raymond Van Donk made up a CTK for his immaculately-restored and now-sold
Powder Blue TR3A. He had an original sidescreen kit label and used a
wooden box for his reproduction.

The original kits, per the late Alec Pringle, were oversized crappy things
taking too much space for too little protection. They were always
paperboard or hardboard as far as I know, not wooden crates. The TR
Register forum had a discussion on the subject a few years ago.
