Update. The cars were not as I expected. But, I believe the owner really
thought he had something.
I still think I did ok, but not great. As a result, plans are changing a
bit. The hardtop has rust holes and is likely worthless. The OD will be
removed and sold if i don't decide to keep it for the tr2.
I'll let the cars speak to me as we proceed, but I'm thinking the plan is
to have a car that starts runs and drives with no remaining rust or safety
issues and sell it as such. Paint, final bodywork and interior left to the
purchaser.
I think by the time I'm done it will be close to paint ready. They will
look good in black epoxy primer. two tr3's saved.....
