Preparing to install vacuum advance conversion on the TR6.

I have checked the vacuum port on the rear Stromberg ,(1970 TR6), and it =
has no hole. What size hole? I am assuming the carb has to come off and =
apart to keep shavings from screwing things up, any ideas ???

BTW had a hell of a time getting the old roll pin out, very, very =
stubborn.
