> yes, that was 13 years ago. it's a very different company now. Probably has something to do with the former owner passing away ... Nisonger's has a similar issue, they changed hands sometime back and several people have complained bitterly about service under the new owner(s). In both cases, I'm sure they must get it right sometimes (or they'd be out of business already).
