Fully agree with Terri Ann and Randall.<br><br>. 20 yrs ago, before 
refurbishment of my Blue Baby, had a starting problem. Pulled starter. Tested 
with battery-fine, reinstalled.  Still same pribkem-slow cranking. Pulled 
starter again, took to elec shop - tested fine. Reinstalled. Fired fine, but 
stalled. Went to look at choke action on carbs - burnt hand on choke cable.  
Ahah- Examined the original braided Ground Strap. It had become 'frayed'. 
<br><br>Respectfully suggest new ground cable - starter case to frame and /or 
battery as Terri Ann/Randall suggested good idea. Need body ground for
