When I worry about my ancient Bonney wrench I fab up some sort of adapter stack to compare it to one of my beam wrenches with the pointer. For years the click corresponds to the reading on the beam wrench, given the range of reading error. It would be nice to have some sort of more formal verification, though. mjb. |
