Hey George,
I have a '71 in NY and it is never emissions tested, just gets a safety
inspection.
NYDMV website says no emissions testing for cars over 25 model years old.

Subject: [TR] TR6 air pump
I've just started stripping the engine of the '75 TR6 in preparation for
removing the front of the body tube and noticed the air injection pump and
accessories on the engine.
What's the consensus on this stuff? I live in New York state, do I need to
be concerned about it?
It seem like a lot to tack onto this engine for no good purpose, and I'd
just as soon remove it if I can get by without it.
