> What can I apply to them to stop them > rusting and the > seals from going hard? How about some DOT 5 brake fluid? It's a good preservative, and obviously safe for braking systems. Just don't make the mistake I made many years ago, and fill them with DOT 3. I completely ruined a brand new pair of brake cylinders that way. -- Randall |
