[TR] TR3A turn signal question follow up

So the front marker lights do flash with the headlights off, but only stay
on solid with the headlights on?  In that case, I think you have the front
turn signals wired wrong, with the running lights connected to the bright
filament and the turn signals connected to the dim filament.
