For 5 bucks, it is hardly worth the hassle. If it were me, I would tell him
to pitch it anc call it even.
That is one reason I avoid EBAY like the plague.

Subject: [TR] TR- chapter 2- NOS
Well i refunded the money and cost of postage to the fellow who brought the
timing chain from me on ebay. maybe i should have listed the part as being
NORS,not NOS. the bottom line is that i want to maintain my credit with
ebay which is 100%. the buyer complained upon receiving the package about
the
product and asked me to please refund the money and postage and in return
he would mail back the item to me. i did say that there are no returns in
the listing, but perhaps i was wrong in the way i listed the item. the part
sold for $5.00 and i was not going to lose sleep over it. the buyer being
from the Netherlands now does not want to send back the part, because he
now
realizes the cost of return shipping. the point here is that i have gone
all out with this fellow to be accommodating , but now he wants to back out
of the deal and just send me the money for the timing chain.. what should i
do? larry schwartz
