As we all know now, from Alaska you can see great distances even to foreign
countries. I simply thought that the view went the other way as well. Thanks

earlier posting!
It turns out much to my chagrin that Mt. McKinley is in Alaska not California!
Of course it was Mt. Whitney that I was seeing in Lone Pine not McKinley!!
