Well, there's always this method. I don't know the first thing about  
body work, but this guy seems to know what he's talking about.  
'Course, we're talking about a repaint after your done. Not to mention  
the possibility of screwing it up. I have a couple of areas with  
oilcanning too, but my car already HAS no paint. Then again, I have no  
torch either!  :)
